Using an application to manage queue, this innovation becomes popular and even Apple launches its app to end the long queues in front of its store<\/a>. Apple\u2019s application runs an algorithm that determines the client\u2019s position in the queue. A customer will be given priority over another according to the priority given to his visit purpose. The customer will then receive three text messages: to confirm the request to the Genius Bar, to inform him to get ready to go to the Apple Store and to give him the actual availability of the technician. But Apple is not the first company to offer this kind of queue management application.
